Algo was feeling it last night, going 3-0 on hot/warm picks! Great first day open to the public.

Today we've got 3 hot picks and 1 warm pick. Let's make it another undefeated day.

Bucks @ Heat - Warm Pick, Under 225.5

I didn't think the Bucks would hit the under last night and they did. As little confidence I had in that pick last night, I feel the opposite about this game against the Heat. This game is going to have a playoff atmosphere. This is my pick for the Eastern Conference Finals this year, and both teams know that is very possible. Expect a high level of basketball, with an extra focus on the defensive end.

Grizzlies @ Hawks - Hot Pick, Over 241

The Grizzlies are coming off of the toughest stretch of basketball this season. 4 of their last 5 games were against the Lakers, Clippers, and Rockets. They found their groove against the Lakers and are going to beat up on the worst defense they've seen in weeks. The Hawks give up almost 120 points per game, and the Grizzlies aren't far behind giving up almost 115. Over 241 never seems like a sure thing, but this should be a fun one to watch if you like offense.

Blazers @ Magic - Hot Pick, Over 221

The Magic notoriously have a solid defense the past 5-10 years. This year it is decent, but nothing like recent years. The Blazers are struggling to win games and score points especially with Damian Lillard. The factor that sticks out to me is that the Magic have scored over 113 points in each of their last 4 games and allow on average over 115 ppg. The Magic need to be the team to carry this over to victory.

Rockets @ Knicks - Hot Pick, Under 230.5

I hate feeling like I disagree with Algo. I really do. But maybe the data is skewed since the Rockets decided to go small-ball and play without a center. Since then they are on a 6 game winning streak, and scoring a TON of points. The Knicks defense is poor, and they have been scoring above their average the past week or so as well. All signs point to it going over. But that probably means it will go under. Good for Algo, I hope he's right.
